Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information.


We may update and/or change any content of our web site at anytime without advance notice.


All warranty term is listed on product description page. Proof of purchase (PayPal of sale, invoice or purchase receipt) must be presented when requesting service under the Standard Warranties. We make no additional or independent warranties unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Information

Our shipping method: International Standard Post (Average 1~15 business working days)Goods will be shipped when the payment is fully paid.The estimated delivery times are in business working days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Your order will be dispatched within 2 business working days. Normal delivery is within 4 to 10 business working days from the date of payment of your order, but it may take up to 14 days depending on your location. We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time but the actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control such as custom check.Delays in shipment may occur if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. If any item is out of stock you will be informed and given the option for exchange or refund.

Another Delivery System

If you want another delivery carriers, example - UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.., I will do so willingly. But you must pay me more for shipping fee(cost). If you would like to add a comment about your order, please write delivery carriers (Where? - Leave a message)

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.Unwanted items due to any reason other than faults are subject to charge 15% restocking fee whichever is greater and customer is responsible for all shipping charges from and to customer address. We may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care.For return procedure, please email us at manager@what-is-fashion.com to receive a Return Authorisation number. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty on arrival.Please note that we will not process any refunds or returns without Return Authorisation number.The onus is on the purchaser to ensure the goods return to us safely.
